Solveet SRL. acts as the data controller for personal data processed through the Solveet Platform.

We collect only the data necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Platform.

  • Username / user ID

  • Optional profile photo

  • Identity document data (ID or passport) for Solvers only, collected by our thrid party partner: Stripe; not by us. We do not ask, verify or collect your ID or Passport.

  • Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (Stripe)

  • Solveet does not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials

  • We may receive limited transaction-related information (e.g., payment status, timestamps)

2.3. Usage and Interaction Data

  • Session history and booking details

  • Platform interactions and preferences

  • Time zone and language settings

  • Communication metadata (not session content)

2.4. Technical Data

  • IP address

  • Device type, operating system, browser type

  • Log files and diagnostic data

2.5. User-Generated Content

  • Reviews, ratings, comments

  • Uploaded files, images, videos, or other materials shared through the Platform

3. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

  • to provide, operate, and maintain the Solveet Platform;

  • to facilitate and manage 1:1 live sessions between Users and Solvers;

  • to process payments securely via third-party payment processors;

  • to verify the identity of Solvers and prevent fraud;

  • to enforce our Terms and Conditions, User Code of Conduct, and related policies;

  • to communicate with you regarding your account or the Services;

  • to provide customer support and resolve disputes;

  • to comply with legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations;

  • to improve platform functionality, performance, and user experience.

Solveet does not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects.

4. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

Solveet does not sell personal data.

We may share personal data only in the following circumstances:

4.1. Service Providers

With trusted third-party service providers who process data on our behalf, such as:

  • payment processors (e.g., Stripe);

  • hosting and cloud infrastructure providers;

  • customer support and communication tools.

These providers are contractually bound to process data only according to our instructions and applicable law.

4.2. Other Users

Limited profile information (such as username, profile photo, language, availability, and reviews) may be visible to other Users as part of the normal operation of the Platform.

  • Account data is retained while your account remains active.
